Impact on the current qualification journey
There is no immediate impact on the current ACCA Qualification. We’re letting you know now so you can plan ahead.
The changes will start to be introduced from October 2017 with the introduction of the new Ethics and Professional Skills module. And the first sitting of the redesigned Professional level will be September 2018.
How do these changes impact exam price?
We publish exam prices seven months in advance. So for the September 2018 exam session – the first sitting of the new Strategic Professional exams – we’ll publish the prices in February 2018. Details will be openly communicated on all of our usual channels.

Can I still study the ACCA Qualification as a self-studier?
Yes. We’ll be providing extensive learning support for all of our students. These resources will support your exam success, using technology and digital platforms to ensure flexibility and access to meet your work/study demands.
